Weekly Update: For the Stock Market, It's "Steady as She Goes"

As far as I'm concerned, we're on our way towards new highs, right around the time the Federal Reserve (November 2nd & 3rd) will meet to discuss interest rates and the prospect of starting to taper its market-supporting bond purchases.
